Entry Fee: $50 Out of State Contestants are eligible to compete if they have a PARENT or GRANDPARENT living in the counties of: CLAY, PLATTE, JACKSON,RAY,LAFAYETTE,JOHNSON,CASS,BUCHANAN,CLINTON Only Missouri resident contestants are eligible to compete in the Little Misses of Missouri Program. Phases of Competition: Formalwear/Party wear 40% ; Onstage Question 10% ; Personal Interview 50% ; Optional Phase: Talent (time minimum 1 minute to 2 minute maximum) The Pageant will be held in conjunction with the Miss Greater Kansas City and Miss Kansas City Pageants.
